Kayla Ogyaadu is a rising senior at Horace Mann School with interests in cancer biology, immunology, and translational biomedical research. She is interested in understanding how immune cells interact with the tumor microenvironment and hopes to pursue a career as a physician-scientist. Outside the lab, she enjoys competing in Olympiads, fencing, and studying languages. She also enjoys trying new cuisines, especially desserts.
